Take companies to the next level
A later stage round of capital injection can help companies scale at a time that they’re really hitting their stride. We want to invest larger amounts in a small number of ventures.
We focus on investing at the point a founder wants to refresh the capital table, attract the capital required to scale their business and position the company to really take advantage of the next S-curve.
Restructure the capital table
We assist founders to restructure and simplify their capital table. By stepping in to replace early investors or ex-employees that want an exit, we can resolve investor conflict or help where there’s simply a difference in the time horizon of some shareholders and that of the founder and management team.
As a new and engaged investor, EXTO participates as a follow-on investor in future rounds. We have the patience and experience to help you build your vision.

We aim to own a meaningful stake in the company via an initial secondary transaction and follow-on rounds. The valuation will be based on our findings, the amount invested, the growth profile of your business, complexity of the capital table and your exit horizon.
